from our own roses, grown organically amongst our vines, we have created a selection of freshly picked rose petals, chosen for fragrance and colour. All are packed with natural flavour and beauty, perfect for cake making and decorating, and many other recipes.
we grow specialist and highly scented old-fashioned varieties (including David Austin roses), which give the most luxurious of all floral scents.
when combined with food they create wonderful exotic aromas and colours. we love them in all kinds of dishes, both savoury and sweet!
